Does Planports CRM Require Installation?
No, Planports CRM is a cloud-based software that requires no installation. Thanks to its fully web-based infrastructure, it can be used from any device with an internet connection and a browser. You can also access it on mobile devices with iOS and Android apps.
How Do I Purchase Planports CRM?
Before purchasing, you need to start the 14-day free trial and create an account. After logging into the Planports web application with your trial account, go to Management -> Account to select and purchase your preferred CRM plan. You can easily complete the payment with your credit card.
Will I Be Charged After the 14-Day Trial?
No, you will not be charged after the 14-day free trial period. When the trial period ends, your account is automatically closed if you take no action.
Can I Purchase Only the Modules I Need?
Individual module purchases are not available, but we've designed 3 different plan options to suit various business needs. You can select the most suitable plan from the options above. Review the plan contents, pricing and service details, or contact us for more information.
Can I Export My Data If I Stop Using Planports CRM?
Yes, with the export feature in Planports CRM, you can easily export your data in Excel format. Every report also has an Excel export option. This way, you can download and store all your data on your computer anytime.
Is There a User Limit in Planports CRM?
Our lowest plan includes 3 users, but you can increase the number of users as much as you want. There is no upper user limit in Planports CRM.
How Does WhatsApp Integration Work?
WhatsApp Business API integration is available in all plans. A monthly fee of $20 + VAT per phone number (channel) applies for each integrated line. With this integration, you can track WhatsApp messages in CRM, send bulk WhatsApp messages, and manage all customer communication from one central place.
How Does Your Refund Policy Work?
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Planports CRM. When you cancel your
subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining unused
period. For example, if you purchased an annual plan and cancel
after 4 months, the remaining 8 months will be refunded.
Items excluded from refund:
- Subscription fee for the period already used
- Training services already provided
Can I Increase My User Count Anytime?
Yes, by going to the Account section within the application, you can add users, change plans, or purchase additional services like consulting and training.
